(A) MANAGEMENT OF THE FIRM

Nyaberi & Co. Advocates is a partnership that was incorporated in 1995 and presently it is owned by three partners who are highly qualified advocates of the High Court of Kenya.

The partners of the firm includes:-

(1) Justry P. L. Nyaberi

• He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has practiced law at International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda(ICTR). He is registered to represent the accused persons in the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia(ICTY) and Special Court for Sierra Leone(SCSR).
• He is a holder of LLB degree from the University of Nairobi.
• He has further acquired an LLM degree in commercial Law, M.A in International studies,MBA in Marketing and Strategic management and has defended his Ph.D. thesis in International studies. Same is awaiting examination. All these are from University of Nairobi.
• Mr. Nyaberi has practiced Law for the last 17 years and basically deals with criminal cases, conveyancing litigation, and commercial transactions. He has also handled a number of matters before various International Tribunals in form of Arbitration and Ligation.

(2) Cliff Ombeta

• He is an Advocates of the High Court of Kenya and has practiced law for the past 13 years.He joined the firm as a partner in 2001.Previously he used to work with the firm of Ramesh Patel &Co. Advocates.He undertakes civil and criminal litigation.

(3) Rose Monyangi

• She is a holder of LLB and LLM in commercial law. She is now pursuing an MBA degree in Finance.
• She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has practiced law for over 14 years.
• She is well acquainted with commercial cases and litigation.
• She joined the firm in 1998. Before joining the firm she had worked as a legal officer with Capital Market Authority. She has therefore a wealth of experience on Capital Markets,Stock dealings on shares and general commercial matters.

(B) ABOUT THE FIRM.

We are a medium size law firm with its head office in Nairobi. We have four other branch offices in Mombasa, Machakos, Kisii and Ogembo. We have a further staff of Legal assistants in those offices.

The firm has supporting staff and pupils. These are made of receptionist, court clerks who are also process servers, first quality secretaries, and office messengers and accountants.

Since inception we have ultra mode facilities in our offices in that each partner has a computer and have both internet and intranet facilities served through a lease line. Each of our staff have access to this computer facilities.

As indicated herein above, we have the capacity to undertake legal work in the following areas:-
